LoRaWan® - RYLR993
REYAX Technology has launched the new 868/915MHz Transceiver Module RYLR993, which supports the LoRaWAN® long range wireless protocol.
The RYLR993 provides both LoRaWAN®, LoRa® Proprietary selection and supports for LoRaWAN® class A, class B, and class C, therefore is able to respond to different customer needs or energy consumption requirements. With Support REYAX RYLR998 proprietary mode, the RYLR993 is easy to connect to RYLR998 which is also a widely used LoRa module from REYAX. Besides this, with the AES128 CCM Data encryption, the RYLR993 provides better mutual authentication, integrity protection and confidentiality when transferring data.
Helium is a globally distributed network of hotspots that creates public long-range wireless coverage for LoRaWAN® IoT devices. With both supports for LoRaWAN® protocol and Helium Compatiblitiy, the RYLR993 can connect with Helium hot spot and build the complete architecture for the Internet of Things, which means developers can put more focus on developing applications and don't have to worry on how to integrate the system combination from nodes to base stations.
In order to help product developers to rapidly evaluate and develop new projects, REYAX also provides the RYLR993_Lite evaluation kit, which has the same functionality as the RYLR993 but is provided with a DIP interface and an external antenna. This module can be broadly used in several fields such as Mobile Equipment, Home Security, Industrial Monitoring and Car Alarm systems.

GNSS - RYS8839

REYAX RYS8839 is an ultra-low power, L1 L5 Dual-band GNSS module that supports multi-constellation including: GPS(L1C/A,L5), GLONASS(L1OF), BeiDou(B1I. B1C, B2a), Galileo(E1, E5a), QZSS(L1C/A, L1S, L1C/B, L5), IRNSS NavIC(L5), SBAS(L1). As the latest addition to REYAX’s GNSS portfolio, this module has integrated digital noise filters for coexistence with other radio systems.
Based on the Sony® CXD5610GF Engine and with a dimension of only 11*8*2.2 mm, the RYS8839 has a sensitivity of -167 dBm during tracking and provides 1m high accuracy with position update rate up to 25Hz. With 1 second in hot start and within 24 second in cold start, the quick-start feature allows RYS8839 to apply precise positioning and navigation services anytime, anywhere.
Compared to other GNSS modules that only can track L1 signals, the GNSS signals from L1 L5 dual-frequency bands enables the RYS8839 to achieve both higher positioning accuracy and speed even in difficult transmission conditions like dense urban canyons. This module can effectively reduce the multipath effects, shorten the time of data acquisition and improve positioning accuracy, thereby resulting in optimum performance.
