WG320240D1 is monochrome 320x240 LCD graphic displays which is having the module dimension of 142x96 mm and AA size of 95.97x71.97 mm, diagonal size 4.7 inch. This LCD graphic display is without controller on module. Operating temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
