Integrating a display into an embedded system doesn’t have to be complex.
The new 8" Winstar HDMI TFT series is designed to simplify integration as much as possible: HDMI interface (DVI-compatible), onboard control board and internal video signal processing eliminate the need to develop display drivers or manage RGB/LVDS buses.
The IPS WXGA panel (800×1280) ensures wide viewing angles and high visual quality, with brightness exceeding 1000 cd/m², making these modules suitable for industrial applications and outdoor environments.
The modules are also designed for direct integration with widely used embedded platforms such as Raspberry Pi 4B and Pi 5, thanks to connectors and layouts optimized for fast mechanical assembly without the need for adapters.

The range is available in three configurations:
     🔹 non-touch version for display-only applications
     🔹 resistive touch (RTP) version for use with gloves or in harsh environments
     🔹 capacitive touch (PCAP) version via USB for more advanced multi-touch interfaces

An ideal solution for industrial HMIs, control systems, medical devices and rapid prototyping, where reducing development time and integration complexity is key.
