• Description: Winstar notifies the End of Life (EOL) for the OTA7290N-C driver. This driver IC is used in WF70-2801424C9 TFT module series.
  Below are the terms:

• LBO (Last Buy Order) - Last acceptable purchase order by: 31^th March 2025
• LSD (Last Shipment Date): 30^th June 2025

Winstar is currently developing a substitute with the same mechanical dimensions and improved or equivalent electrical characteristics (WFN0700MD8 series). The first samples are expected by March 2025, subject to successful internal testing.
Please note: although hardware compatibility will be maintained, firmware/software adjustments will be required due to the new driver IC.
