DESCRIPTION

WG16032D5 is a monochrome 160x32 graphic LCD module featuring a COB (Chip on Board) structure with an integrated PCB. It offers a 3.85-inch diagonal active display area and shares the same outline dimensions and pin configuration as the WH1602L character LCD. The outline size is 122.0 x 44.0 mm, viewing area is 99.0 x 24.0 mm, and the maximum thickness is 13.60 mm.

This model is built with the ST7920 controller IC and supports a 6800 8-bit parallel interface, with optional serial interfaces. WG16032D5 operates on a standard +5V power supply. It also includes a built-in internal voltage booster, allowing stable operation in 3.3V systems.

It includes built-in font libraries for Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, making it suitable for multilingual display applications. Operating temperature range is -20℃ to +70℃, and storage temperature range is -30℃ to +80℃.

For +3.3V power supply option, please choose WG16032D3.
