DESCRIPTION

The WH1602BU-TMI-JT# is a 16x2 character USB LCD display module with LED backlighting, featuring the ST7066 controller IC. It integrates a USB-to-UART bridge IC, supporting USB 2.0 Full Speed (12Mbps) CDC (Communication Device Class) protocol, enabling easy LCM control and power delivery.

This USB LCD display module is compatible with Windows 7/8/10/11, ensuring easy integration with a variety of operating systems. It shares the same mechanical dimensions as the WH1602BR (UART interface) and WH1602B (6800 interface) models, with the key difference being the inclusion of a USB receptacle for direct USB connectivity.

Operating with a voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V (typical 5V), the WH1602BU supports an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and storage temperatures from -30°C to +80°C, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
