TFT Monochrome

TFT monochrome have a special technology not like other common monochrome LCD. Driving this display is less complex  than monochrome TFT and at the same time, offers the same performance characteristics as full color TFT.

This dispay have high contrast (900:1), high brightness (1000 cd/m2), wider view angle, short response time, can operate at temperatures ranging from -30°C to + 80°C. It is also worth mentioning the possibility of introducing the device in sleep mode.

This display don’t need an extended controller board to drive MCU control and the display can drive backlight directly.  TFT monochrome can operate in mode 2, 4 or 16 shades of gray scale, depending on the settings. The display driver supports several communication modes: 3 - or 4-line serial interface and an 8 Bit parallel interface compatible with standard systems with 8080 or 6800 family. The desired mode is selected by user choosing appropriate interface to control the device system.
